The Place was created to address the pressing need for a community space where people can come together and feel inspired by movement in Wisconsin’s Lake Country. Pilates / Sculpt

Combining classic and contemporary Pilates movements with light weights and props, this class will challenge the whole body. If you are looking for a sculpting workout that boosts strength from the inside out, this is the Place for you!


Pilates / Foundations

Experience a unique fusion of traditional Pilates movements and contemporary techniques in this dynamic class. If you’re new to Pilates and eager to learn correct form, this class is tailored for you. For seasoned Pilates princesses, it offers an opportunity to refine your technique and maximize the effectiveness of your workouts. Enjoy full-body sculpting and toning through deep muscular engagement while ensuring minimal impact on your joints.


Yoga / Sculpt

We've combined the strength and sculpting elements from a Pilates class with the body-to-breath connection and alignment focused components of a yoga class. Through incorporating light weights, you will leave this class feeling stretched, strong & sweaty!


Yoga / Flow

Dive into our dynamic yoga classes, where breath and movement unite in a powerful sequence. Our sessions incorporate traditional yoga postures that flow seamlessly from one to the next, promoting flexibility, balance, strength, and mental clarity. Designed for all levels, we utilize props and variations to ensure each participant can deepen their practice, ensuring everyone can find their unique flow. Join us to build strength, and elevate your spirit, all while enjoying a low-impact workout!

Join us for a dynamic Dance Cardio class that blends upbeat dance moves with energizing cardio routines and sculpting elements. This session is designed to keep you moving while also toning your muscles. Whether you're an experienced dancer or just enjoy being active, this class is open to all levels. Come and elevate your fitness routine with a fun and effective workout that helps you build strength and endurance!
